By registering and using our services, you acknowledge that you understand the risks involved in cryptocurrency trading and agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in this document.

You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, state, or national laws that apply to your use of the services. Trado Swift is not responsible for any legal consequences that may arise from your use of the Platform.

 

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Platform. You must also be legally authorized to engage in financial transactions and cryptocurrency trading in your country of residence.

 

2.2 Account Information

When registering an account with Trado Swift, you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. This includes but is not limited to your name, address, email address, and other personal details necessary for account verification. You are required to maintain up-to-date information to ensure the accuracy of your account.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details (such as username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify Trado Swift if you believe your account has been compromised.

2.4 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity or if you violate any of these Terms. In such cases, we may also refuse to allow you to create a new account.

 

3. Leverage Trading

3.1 Default Leverage

The default leverage for all new accounts on Trado Swift is set to 1:50, which means for every $1 of capital, you may control up to $50 worth of cryptocurrency. This is a high-risk strategy and increases both potential profits and potential losses.

3.2 Adjusting Leverage

You may adjust your leverage within your account settings. The available leverage may vary depending on market conditions, risk management protocols, and platform policies. We reserve the right to change the maximum leverage at any time.

3.3 Risk Warning for Leverage

Leverage can significantly increase the potential risk of your trading. You should fully understand the implications of using leverage before engaging in leveraged trading. Trado Swift is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of leveraged trading.

 

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Trado Swift may offer bonuses and promotions to clients from time to time. Bonuses are offered at the discretion of Trado Swift and may vary based on account activity or as part of promotional campaigns.

4.2 Bonus Terms

Any bonus offered by Trado Swift is subject to specific trading volume requirements before it can be withdrawn. The required trading volume is calculated as:

Required Trading Volume= Bonus Amount × 30 × Leverage
  

For example, if you receive a $100 bonus with a leverage of 1:50, your required trading volume will be: 100×30×50=150,000 units of trading volume

4.3 Bonus Withdrawal Restrictions

Bonuses and profits generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the trading volume requirement is met. If you request a withdrawal before the required trading volume is achieved, any bonus and associated profits will be deducted from your account balance.

4.4 Bonus Forfeiture

In the event of any withdrawal request before the trading volume is met, the bonus funds will be forfeited, and any profits associated with those funds will also be deducted from your account.

4.5 Multiple Bonuses

If you are eligible for more than one bonus, the bonuses will be applied sequentially to your account and subject to the same trading volume requirements.

4.6 Bonus Withdrawal Request

If a withdrawal request is made after a bonus has been added to your account, and the trading volume requirement has not been met, we reserve the right to deduct the bonus amount, as well as any profits associated with that bonus, from your account balance.

 

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits can be made into your Trado Swift account using various payment methods such as bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and cryptocurrencies, as outlined on the deposit page of the website. Trado Swift reserves the right to change or restrict deposit methods at any time.

5.2 Initial Deposit

There are no withdrawal restrictions for the initial deposit. You can withdraw your initial deposit at any time, subject to applicable withdrawal procedures.

 

5.3 Withdrawals

  • Withdrawal Requests: All withdrawal requests are subject to review by Trado Swift. Requests will generally be processed within [insert number] business days, though processing times may vary depending on your chosen withdrawal method and other factors.

Trading cryptocurrencies and other financial instruments carries a high level of risk. You may lose more than your initial investment, and you should only trade with capital that you can afford to lose. Trado Swift is not responsible for any financial losses you may incur as a result of trading.

6.2 Leverage Risks

Leverage trading amplifies both the potential profits and potential risks. As such, it is essential to fully understand the implications of leveraged trading before engaging in it. If you are uncertain about the risks, you should seek independent financial advice.

6.3 Market Volatility

Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile, and market conditions can change rapidly. You must be prepared for significant price fluctuations and the risks associated with trading in such an environment.

 

7. Platform Usage and Restrictions

7.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in the following activities while using Trado Swift:

  • Market Manipulation: Engaging in any fraudulent or manipulative activity, including front-running, insider trading, or market manipulation.
  • Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or to the Platform’s systems.
  • Illegal Activity: Engaging in or facilitating any illegal activity through the use of the Platform, including money laundering or financing terrorism.

7.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you are found to be in violation of these Terms. Any pending transactions at the time of termination may be cancelled or reversed at our discretion.

Trado Swift is not responsible for any financial losses you may incur while using the platform. This includes losses due to leverage, market fluctuations, technical failures, or any other factors beyond our control.
